INSTRUCTIONS:
- Before you begin, imitate all exercises WITHOUT product until performing movements with confidence.
- Begin exercise with product. Perform 1-2 sets of 10 to 15 repetitions during each exercise session. Rest approximately 30-60 seconds between sets.
- If unable to perform 10 or 15 repetitions, start with less repetitions and slowly work your way up to desired goal.
- If unable to achieve maximum muscular fatigue following the performance of (15) repetitions, cautiously add more repetitions to your sets or select a Bally product that provides a greater amount of resistance.
- To utilize the Door Anchor, loop nylon Anchor securely around any door knob and begin exercise.

Stand in an upright position facing door. Hold handles firmly to reduce slack.

|
Pull handles inward until hands cross and flex. Hold form for one second and return to starting position. 10-15 Repetitions recommended.

Stand on the nylon portion of the Total Body Exerciser in an upright position. Pick up the handles of the Total Body Exerciser and hold elbows firmly against sides.

|
|
Curl arms towards chest simultaneously and flex. Hold form for one second and return to starting position. 10-15 Repetitions recommended.

Stand in an upright position, facing the door. Hold the handles level with chest.
|
|
|
|
|
Stretch the handles apart and pinch shoulders together. Hold form for one second and return to starting position. 10-15 Repetitions recommended.

| Stand in an upright position, facing away from the door. Hold handles firmly against chest at minimum resistance. |

|
Lunge forward slowly, pushing up through your front heal, with one leg in-front of the other, knee should be directly over ankle. Hold form for one second and return to starting position. Continue exercise to desired exertion.

Stand in an upright position, facing the door.

Hold the handles and extend both arms backwards simultaneously. Hold form for one second and return to starting position. 10-15 Repetitions recommended.
