ATTENTION
You cannot use The Fitness Log because you have disabled cookies support in your browser or your session has expired unexpectedly.
To use The Fitness Log, you must have cookies enabled. Please follow the appropriate instructions below, then close and relaunch your browser.

To enable cookies in Netscape 4.7, pull down the 'Edit' menu and choose 'Preferences'. In the 'Advanced' category, click the 'Accept all cookies' option.

To enable cookies in Internet Explorer 5, pull down the 'Tools' menu and choose 'Internet Options'. On the 'Security' tab, highlight the Internet globe and click the 'Custom Level' button. In the 'Cookies' section, click 'Enable' for both 'Allow cookies that are stored on your computer' and 'Allow per-session cookies (not stored)'.

If you desire, you may reverse this process to disable cookies after you have finished using The Fitness Log.
